Bronwyn Angela White is the keen knitter, and Nanna of Little Brother and Big Brother, stars of the knit knack paddy whack page and super models.
Even when she tries to follow the instructions, Bronwyn’s garments are always brighter or quirkier or more idiosyncratic than most other handmade knits for kids.
“Everything I knit is unique;” Bronwyn says. “I get bored doing the same thing over and over again – although if you like a particular garment but want it in another colour, I’m happy to create a new version: similar but not identical.”
Bronwyn belongs to the Kapiti Arts and Crafts Society, and sells her handcrafted artworks and jewellery though the Society’s gallery and shop, as well as online via bronzart on Felt.
